Meet Chelsea

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Perinatal Mental Health Certified, EMDR Certified Therapist, and EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Consultant

Hi, I’m Chelsea! I have been a therapist for 8 years and am passionate about helping you become the most calm, compassionate, grounded, and authentic version of yourself. I am a bit of a nerd, and I love using the most updated research to guide my clinical practice. I’m passionate about using insights from neuroscience and the mind-body connection to help you discover a new relationship with yourself—one where you can build healthy patterns that enrich your life and strengthen your relationships. My training in addition to my personal and professional experiences prepare me to provide the highest level of care with confidence and compassion. Other questions? Just ask!
